God's promise

I realise my blog looked boring, not sure if that would reflect on the person self. However my life is still full of colours, with lots of caffine and food (either cook by myself or eat out); prayers; church fellowship; pets..etc. 

Its a rainy day today. Lawn was wet so was the concrete floor. Dogs were unable to run in the park. I was wandering around in shopping centre today trying to find a suitable necklace to match my top. As I draggingly walked to the exit of the mall afterwards, I saw lots of people standing and waiting....I thought "Oh Lord. Raining, outdoor carpark, car is far...sigh!!" I thought I would walk to my car anyway regardless rain or not because I needed to leave. As I walked out the door I felt raindrops fell on my head, but less than I expected, then I saw a huge Rainbow displaying in front of me. 

God once promise to Noah, that the next time he come and take the world back it will not be flood. He gave Noah this promise with Rainbow. And said "Whenever you see this rainbow, it is my promise to you". 

In order to have this promise, the rainbow, it is always, always, ought to experience something not very nice beforehand. Today's situation, we say "heavy rain". Rainbow only comes after heavy rain, followed by sunshine. Whether you're a Christian or not, I think you will know this application in our lives. 

I prayed and thank to God, I know God was telling me something. Be strong and courages, is what all I need to do now. Thankyou Lord, I will follow You regardless. 

Nothing beats a nice cup of coffee on the weekend with my favourite magazine and useful reading materials, in my favourite cafe. I think I am changing, in a good way.
