If I am to start writing a recipe blog I think I'd start from a breakfast :)
Just recently I've been trying to adapt the habit of waking up early and make my own a full enough breakfast. I used to leave home and buy my brekkie + coffee at cafes near work, so I can tell you, waking up EARLY to prepare breakfast was a "waste of time" for me, not to mention from time to time I struggle to leave my bed early (usually love to spend about 10 mins with Puffy playing before getting up :P).
But the more I walk closer to God, knowing God lives inside me and I live inside him, I am obligated to treat myself better (not a luxury treat I am talking about here, but rather, a way to live a life that God is pleased of). So I try to adapt healthy habit, go to gym, do things on a normal pace (I used to be vry rush on everything and now I'm still learning to be less rush). And I found that having breakfast at home (if you have enough time to prepare and eat) I leave home to work with a full joy and satisfied mood :) So I am trying very hard to keep this up so I can hava more pleasent morning with God :)
Ingredient:
Whole grain Toasts x 2 slides
Eggs x 2
Milk - 5 TableSpoon
Flour - 1 Table Spoon
Method:
1) Blend the 2 eggs together
2) Add in Milk & Flour
3) Heat pan, spray little bit of oil
4) Pour egg mixture on a medium heat, keep stiring
5) Wait until 90% cooked, remove from heat
6) Place it on the toasts
7) Salt and pepper for better flavour
8) Sprinkle parsley flakes to garnish the dish
