Does God answer your Prayer?

I am so happy tonight, yet I am extremely tired after the Vestry meeting. My eyes are half shut but I cannot stop myself from coming up to share a few things!

Does God answers prayers? Thats something that I did ask myself before. He seems (and everybody is saying) answer peoples' prayer. If we make the correct perspective prayer God answers. I was once silly and thought: Of course God answers our prayer, just that his answer could be a NO to you. If you ask "Dear God pls give me direction towards this achievement. If God gives you what you want we all say He answers our prayer. What if he gives us another direction which lead to another achievement we say God answers our prayer and led us to another way. What if God hasn't given us any directions we say God hasn't answer the prayer YET. 

So my point is: GOD NEVER DISREGARD OUR PRAYERS. The only thing is, the answer could be not just what you wanted.

Here comes my experience and I guess most Christian would agree on this. God may not immediately answer our prayers, and at times we would even felt lost because our prayers to God hangs between the air and heaven somewhere that we're not sure how God is going to answer that. Did he hear it? Did he like it? Did he this, did he that.

Yes at times God may not show you his answer at the time that you ask, but GOD does respond to prayers at the right time. Trust me, God has his plans. During the whole time when we wait for Gods answers we all fall into nowhere don't know when's the ANSWER coming or has the answer already come and God is saying No to you?

How many years we've been praying to have a part time pastor coming to our church who fits our requirement ... and how often we been saying "there's no PART TIME minister as such, you either work for God or you don't at all" ThankGOD for answering the prayer, the light wasn't here until we all confirmed when the mentor is going on leave and everyone realise we NEED a temporary replacement. ThankGOD for giving us a suitable one start available just when mentor start her leave..!!!
