I love going to bed without mess, without worrying for the next day, when I say *worry for the next day* I only meant having to get things ready for the next morning before I go to bed (breakfast pre-ready) as I know myself too well...I would be in rush every morning although I try to wake earlier and get more time to do stuff.. but its too cold...! Its winter, its okay :P Of course I remember what Jesus says in Matt 6:34...
This is so true yet this is so difficult... I am sure almost on earth (weather you're a short term or long term plan person, you would carry your worries towards next days sometimes in your life), It is very easy to read it from the bible and tell yourself you understand the verse, but to do it, its 100x more difficult than completing a to-do list! However I think we can try doing little things to help, at least! How about starting from a small to-do list each day? Put your to-do items on a piece of paper or online, or tell an accountable one (whichever way suits you better), of course to-do items exclude routine stuff such as : brush teeth, make up, feed the dog...etc! That means, when you've completed the to-do list of the day, you've cleared up the worry of the day :D how great it that ! And re-read the list you wrote *yesterday* everyday, check if you've completed them. Its good cos you can *look at* what is completed and what is not, as well as clearing up ur list! I think it may work, let me try it out!
*I remember Ms. Lau used to do these hyperlink thing in IBS class with us when I was umm......15.. it still feels like just a couple of years back! Wondering how Ms. Lau is doing now. Hope she's well :)
